It is our goal and sole purpose to address the poverty and independence of our blind community. We do this by providing a sheltered workshop, skills development and training. We aim to better the economy and equality by creating jobs for them and eventually more disabled people. Our projects will benefit our beneficiaries by providing them with a safe and friendly working environment, ability to grow in the workshop, an opportunity to succeed and give them their much-deserved independence. We will maintain the running of the organisation by ensuring the continuity by implementing adequate/excellent management skills and ensuring that all procedures, policies and regulations are adhered to. We will continue to monitor, supervise and provide necessary training for staff and beneficiaries to better the organisation for current and future visually impaired beneficiaries.
